In March of 2020, along with millions of people across the world, singer/songwriter Sol Knopf was suddenly out of work due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It was during this scary and uncertain time that he decided to embrace the free time off and record an album. For the first time in his career, Sol decided to record someone else's material. For decades people had commented that they loved when Sol sang Neil Diamond tunes. His voice had definite similarities to Neil's... so he decided to give his fans what they wanted, A Neil Diamond tribute album. Since the album was recorded during the quarantine, Sol played all the melodic instruments... and was fortunate to have his good friends Dave Simmons (drums) and Marcia Ramirez (background vocals) contribute.
